Can you vote with a felony in Ohio?
After prison.
In Ohio, people lose the right to vote only while in prison for a felony. It comes back on release, including on parole or probation.
The exception: People convicted a second time of violating Ohio election law are disfranchised under Ohio Rev. Code 3599.39, and the Secretary of State says they are permanently barred from voting in Ohio, even after release.
