Can you vote with a felony in Delaware?
It depends.
In Delaware, the right to vote comes back on its own for some people with a felony conviction, but others have to take an extra step.
The exception: People convicted of an election offense under Article V, § 7 of the Delaware Constitution, such as buying or selling votes, bribing or intimidating voters or election officers, or an election officer's willful breach of duty, cannot vote for 10 years after their sentence; the Constitution classes these offenses as misdemeanors.
